Easy and efficient check in. Bags brought to our room while doing so, and no one was hanging around for a tip. Which I would have happily paid. Clean and lovely room in a great spot for Gastown and the cruise terminal.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Good options for breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. Good central location near two metro stations and a short walk to the waterfront, although in the other direction the area is more run down. Overall would recommend.

Stayed here for one night and loved it. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon arriving. There were little chocolates on the pillows :) My room was super clean, comfy bed, and their breakfast the following day was absolutely delicious!
