We spent 2 nights at the Burrard Hotel. We found the staff helpful and friendly and the accommodation great. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom clean. The hotel is also close to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room. Faced Burrard Ave, so was kind of noisy. Room had a portable type AC unit which was effective but not the quietest. Dining choices were close to the hotel. Had a good dinner at Bongoo, next door to the hotel lobby.

Dont judge a book by its cover!

Its fair to say The Burrard lacks kerb appeal, but dont be put off by that. The room was absolutely fine, the staff were really helpful and the location was pretty good Clearer direction to the car park would be good - you have to park in the street outside the hotel, go in to get a swipe card for the car park gate and then drive down an alley to access the car park. Its a little tight in there, fine for a small/medium car (we had a Mazda CX5) but anything bigger might be a challenge unless you are used to it. Location was OK, about 20-30 minutes walk to the main downtown areas, but public transport is good if you dont fancy the walk. It's basically a motel, not a 5 star experience - but then its not a 5 star price. If youre in Vancouver on a budget, this is a decent option.

Hotel was on the most part well presented and great room in the heart of Vancouver. The hotel property was well maintained and offered many ammenities. The room was well presented and very spacious. However, our room had a maintenance issue which I logged with the reception twice and was not fixed even after the second logging of the issue. Beside that issue the staff were helpful and helped us on many occassions. This is the most affordable hotel in Vancouver so good option despite the issues we faced.

The Burrard is in an excellent location. Staff are great. The room was too small and on top of that a big loud mobile air-conditioning is inside the room. The room window opened into the pedestrian walkway.

Excellent Hotel - both the room and the service

Our trip was wonderful. The staff working at the Burrard are so kind and helpful - they make you feel like they really care about you. Both Nedhi and James went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and James went out of his way to help me with a personal issue that occurred on my trip. I am so thankful I stayed at the Burrard. The beds were also comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! I did not think it was too loud. It sounds like a fan and was soothing and actually helped me sleep better. I will definatley stay here again.

There were a lot of homeless people around the property, but no one bothered you. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.
