The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we checked out we were able to store bags and continue to explore before heading to airport. Rooms well equipped. Great location to explore Stanley Park, English Bay, Gas Town and waterfront.

This hotel was great for our family, 2 adults and a 11 month old. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked which made it convenient for making meals. The bed was fairly comfortable and the living space was great for our toddler to run around in. It was quiet (we couldn’t hear anyone in the rooms around or above us). The room was nicely renovated and felt very modern with lots of closet space and even a coat closet. Con’s: no AC in the living space so it was quite warm for our toddler who slept in a pack and play in the living room and it was a bit bright as 2 of the windows didn’t have black out curtains. Our one complaint is that we put the tag on the door to request room service (before 10am as they stated) and room service never came. We called down to ask for more towels and coffee and they told us they would bring it up but they never did. We called the front desk the next morning to ask again but they said we had to go to the front desk to pick up the towel since the housekeeping staff hadn’t arrived yet and wouldn’t be arriving until 10am. With check out being at 11am this didn’t give us time to get ready and leave so I had to go down to the front desk to retrieve our towels. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and felt the room was clean safe. I would stay here again!

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Paid almost $1300 for ONE night and the bed had springs sticking out it was hot and muggy, the bathroom was dirty, things left behind in the room from previous customer it felt disgusting. Not worth the money they charged you.

Don't ever stay in this hotel. The entrance to the parking garage is down an ally full of homeless people and smells of urine. And be sure you take home what you came with because I left my pillow and they tell me they don't have it. My husband remembers leaving it by accident. We left the hotel and came straight home so we know for sure it is there. I have had major back surgery and it is the only pillow I have been able to use for the past three years. My husband feels terrible, but the worst part is the dishonesty of the hotel.

The view was spectacular and the recently renovated suite was very nice. It is not the hotel’s fault but Vancouver has failed to resolve problems with a more than few homeless drug addicts in the area.

Only issue was the room when I first walked in smelled slightly moldy. I recommend spraying the room with strong air freshener after it has been cleaned. Smells sometimes might have been caused by previous customers cooking.
