Good morning just checked out of the Paradox. They put us in a handicap room. Very disappointing. The toilet seat won’t stay up because handicap rails on wall so difficult to pee as a guy. Toilet so high off the ground your feet don’t touch the ground. The shower has no doors so air conditioning blows cold when showering. Shower was disgusting. Mould on the walls and floor. Extremely disappointed given the cost

Luxury Stay in the heart of the city

Rooms were incredible we were upgraded to the junior suite with a balcony. We never wanted to leave the room! Only down side is the entrance to the hotel in in an ally.

Property is well kept, staff is extremely friendly and location is a great spot for walking around and exploring. Snacks bar and mini fridge was not stocked at check in, no smart tv, the tv options were limited and when renting a movie, the movie went in and out. Overall, great experience minus these few items.
