Was disappointed there was an early check in charge, even tho my room was available. Obviously I did not pay. Had to find something to do for an hour. 😟 Once in my room, it was okay - dated. It had poor sink drainage, sofa had food crumbs on it, at times it smelled musty and there wasn’t a “brochure” giving me information about the restaurant, fitness/swimming pool hours, etc. I doubt I will be back, which is unfortunate. On a positive note - outside of the ONE rude staffer, the others were wonderful/helpful/friendly and the Koi pond was a bonus.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. There’s plenty of shopping nearby with the Vancouver Mall within walking distance, plus good restaurants close by and easy access to the highway. My only suggestion would be to finish painting the room or update the walls/wallpaper. There weren’t any art pieces on the walls—just some holes where decorations used to be. That said, it was a minor detail that didn’t affect my stay. Keep up the great work!

This is a really nice hotel. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The shower was large. The restroom had a sink outside of the toilet/shower area which made it nice for two people in the room. The hotel is across the street from the Vancouver Mall so very convenient.

Charm of the woods.

This is an older hotel. It is not an old hotel. My daughter and I felt safe. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is set back and feels like it’s in the woods. But you are close to shopping and restaurants.
