The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating considering we got there a couple hours prior to check in. They were able to get us a room early so we could leave our bags. The hotel is beautiful. It’s very clean. There is so much to do in downtown Vancouver and the hotels location is perfect. Everything you could want to do is walkable or there are plenty of bike rental stations all over the place.

Great spot

Hotel room is perfectly lovely and clean (though the fridge doesn’t work). Check-in was great—the woman who helped us also gave some great ideas for how to spend the evening: water taxi to Granville Island plus dinner recommendations.

We were not advised in advance of road works right outside the hotel. Food discount voucher not provided until we asked. Room spacious and good amenities. Smallest bath towels I've ever seen! Staff gave incorrect information about ferries to Victoria. Overall a nice hotel.
Road works outside our window which could be heard from the 8th floor.
