An okay hotel, not the best, not the worst. The AC in my room was too loud and had no “low” setting, so it was always blasting, which was annoying. Friends in other rooms had mixed experiences: one had the same issue, but another could set his AC to low using controls directly on the unit (no wall thermostat). So, room quality seems to vary. Showers were also inconsistent. Mine was okay, with an adjustable head, while a friend’s was fixed and couldn’t swivel. Now, the real frustration: no hooks on the walls. Not a single one to hang a jacket or anything. No shelves either, and just about six hangers, so you’re left piling clothes on the desk or keeping them in your bag. Overall, it’s an okay hotel that could be much better with a few simple improvements. I’d stay again if the price is cheap.

Phenomenal location - very close to the SkyTrain from the airport. Hotel staff is very nice as well. The property itself needs a bit of TLC, our shower rod was broken, toilet seat was flaking and peeling, and generally a little old. Overall - for budget travellers such as ourselves, no major complaints. Great stay.

The hotel felt like an older property that needed a refresh. The bathroom shelf was broken, there were patched drywall spots in the bathroom, the hallways were dark and felt tight. The staff were friendly and attentive and welcoming. The hotel was centrally located and had on site parking that was reasonably priced.
