Very accessible to dining, malls and the airport. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking was greatly appreciated. Complimentary shuttle to the airport and back was timely and efficient.

Although the facilities were great we experienced horrible waits for shuttle service even though we paid parking extended and had to pay for parking for night of stay as well . We contacted the hotel directly and shuttle contact at airport in total 3x ( not listed btw as it’s u see 4 points by Sheridan ) for pick up were told different arrival times . They didn’t take our names or number of passengers and other people just came out past us no calls and jumped on the ride even without baggage and complete disregard . Needs a better system . Ended up waiting almost an hour and a half from initial contact for pick up . Shuttle was full and couldn’t fit our people even though it loaded our luggage . Wasn’t comfortable leaving our suitcase on shuttle that couldn’t accommodate us as well . Need more accuracy more shuttles and more accountability especially for those of us who are disabled and can’t run rudely in front of others .

Worst shuttle ever

The airport shuttle is a death ride. That van has a busted ball hunt for sure and shot suspension. We could hear the wheel grinding every turn. The slightest bump and we would slam the ground and you could hear the bottom scrape. Besides that the hotel is old and little run down. I don’t think the 5 star should qualify anymore…

The front desk staff lied. We arrived on a late-night flight. The male front desk employee was very impatient when explaining the airport shuttle service over the phone, couldn't provide the location, and told us to find it ourselves. The female front desk staff the next morning also lied. When we requested a one-hour late check-out at 12 pm due to our late arrival, she coldly refused, claiming all rooms were fully booked for the day. However, when I checked Expedia, it showed the hotel still had multiple rooms available（Yes, I took the screen shot ）. Hotel manager, please send some mystery guests to inspect your staff's working attitude - it's truly terrible.
