I reserved a room for two with a queen bed. I received a room they call, a double room with a queen bed. Ther was literally no room to walk with two leg and two small suitcases. The bed was a small double. When I questioned the staff I was told it is a Wyndham queen, they made their own. The breakfast was also a question. I will not be returning for the price and what was received, I feel it was false advertising, in my opinion.

Bathroom was awkward, but useable. Parking was offsite in a public lot. Breakfast was good. Overall pretty clean, but dust behing the minifridge and in corners. Not enough power outlets. Good enough hotel for the location and price.

The building is quite old, but the beds were comfortable and the hotel was dead quiet past 10pm. I know lots of people stay here for being close to the cruise port, but me and my sister stayed for a few nights for a weekend trip and honestly had little to no complaints. Quiet, clean, and close to lots of down town attractions. My only issue was the shower head seemed to screech if you tried to turn the water any hotter than Luke warm. So showers weren’t super hot. But we would stay here again!

I rarely write reviews, but my recent stay at Days Inn in Vancouver absolutely deserves praise. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed and little touches that made a big difference. They even called the room about 30 mins after we checked in too see how everything was. The location was ideal close to a food court and walking distance to our port for our cruise What really stood out, though, was the service. I realized after checking out that I had left my phone charger in the room. I called the front desk, expecting the usual “we’ll check and get back to you.” Instead, not only did they locate it within minutes, but one of the staff members personally called back to let me know that they found it. I missed the call so they were planning on shipping it back to my house. Luckily we were returning to the same port so they are holding it until we return. That level of care and follow through is incredibly rare these days. Hospitality like this turns a nice trip into an unforgettable one. I can’t recommend this Days Inn enough and will absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in town. Thank you to the entire team you truly went above and beyond!

I knew there was no onsite parking, but expected a loading/unloading zone. There wasn't one. Our bags were heavy since we were on a 2 week road trip so we had to leave most of our stuff in the car in a sketchy garage. It was hard to have fun worrying about our vulnerable belongings.
