We were there as early as 11 am. They said that we have to wait because rooms not ready yet. We understand that, thats why we just waited patiently. The lady receptionist said that she will put us on the first available room. She also said to wait and she will inform us as soon as its available. About 3 pm, we notice that there where 3 groups checking in and they gave them rooms immediately wherein us who had been waiting since 11 am are still waiting. When i asked the male receptionist he said that he did not know that we are waiting and he cant monitor everybody who doesnt have room yet. As of it was our fault because he said that i did not inform him and he just started his shift. I dont know how come they dont have any endorsement and they dont treat clients well. They were noy even apologetic for our almost 4 hr wait. Staff are very rude and dont show concern on customers.

The shuttle bus to/from airport is terrible. They kept me waiting for more than 1 hour and lied that it was due to the tough traffic at that moment. Actually, google map showed perfect traffic condition that it would only take 10 minutes to pick me up. Besides that, the condition of the facilities was not well. They gave me sheet with stains. And the breakfast was a joke as well.

Lovely 2night stay

Close to Bridport station on Canada Line so good for direct connection from cruise port/waterfront station. ( where if old can buy a Compass concession card for cheaper vancouver city transport) . Large room with bath very comfy bed and complimentary breakfast. Brilliant restaurant for lunch/dinner nearly next door at The Story Cafe ( best to book online as gets busy but they do take aways) Hotel has free airport transfers about every half hour.

The driver from the airport to the hotel almost got in an accident and he proceeded to get out of the vehicle and cussed out the other driver. Very unprofessional

Wonderful location as someone looking to attend conversion over at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Noticeable cheaper than downtown hotels and the only trade-off being having to transit which, speaking as someone from Calgary, isn’t even an issue as Vancouver’s transit is phenomenal! And locations for food were great near by. The only “gripe” was being unable to get a second blanket, but we made do so ultimately it wasn’t an issue. Staff were incredibly helpful and made checking in and out a breeze.
