They ripped me off ! I paid $350 for one night and $600 for the night before. It wasn’t clean. Bad area. Smelled musty. 2 star hotel. I will never stay at a Days Inn again! How do I get my money back?

One Night Only

On-demand shuttle is such a strange idea without a courtesy phone at the airport for visitors who may not have roaming or ability to call the hotel. Check-in with the night staff was painfully slow and to be honest, when we arrived, it seemed like we were a total inconvenience to them. The staff in the morning were a lot friendlier. The room itself was fine, roomy, comfy bed, plenty of bathroom product. It was quiet. Convenient walk to the car rental place at the airport. Fine for one night.

An older hotel but clean. The breakfast was ok but slightly more limited than other similar hotels we’ve stayed at (e.g. no yoghurt and the only hot food was scrambled eggs). When we arrived at around 9pm the a/c had been set to 86°F which made the room unbearable initially. Setting it to 68°F meant it was more comfortable in about an hour. The cleaners told us it was set so hot to clean the carpet, which was still slightly damp. We’d have preferred a room that was not part way through cleaning even with our very late check in.

The breakfast room is very small and does not have enough space to accommodate everyone. All of the food was crammed on one short counter so it got very crowded with people bumping into each other to get to the food. Additionally, the food consisted of mostly bread products of sliced bread, plain bagels, and waffles. There were eggs but they kept getting low and there were no meat of any kind. They had two single beds on wheels stored in the dining room corner even though they are short on space so go figure. This is a 2 star hotel that looks drab inside and out. Pros: They do serve strong coffee and it is in walking distance to the train, a casino, and the night market. This is a two star hotel

Air conditioning smelled musty and in general place was a bit dated. Though I had a free shuttle from the airport to hotel they weren’t able to provide a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port as their person was out sick. Otherwise I felt safe staying there and customer service was kind.
