The property is great I loved the location not to far from the airport. Close to some restaurants. Rooms are clean, staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Super convenient for airport sky train, ferry bus, and the Asian foody market. A good tavern a block away and a Starbucks across the main road. Those sensitive to noise may find the top floor too noisy.

Pros: The hotel is near the canada transit line (7 minute walking). The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. Cons: I stayed in two rooms, one in the lower floor has very old carpet and is somewhat dirty. The airport shuttle service stops at midnight. Our flight had a delay and arrived 12:30 am, so had to use Lyft.

Booked room over 6 month ago, due to flight change, accommodation was no longer needed, a refund could not be had, even though they had over 6 months to resell room, that is just poor customer service / management, bordering on daylight robbery

we only stayed one night and it worked fro what we needed. Way over priced. Breakfast was a sad affair, area is cramped and the items offered where so limited. Area around hotel needs a tidy in a big way. Staff were all very good. Hotel needs an over all good scrub & refresh.
