Great location, staff, room and parking. View of our suite was amazing. Like how we got a $25 dining credit and if you opt out of having your room cleaned for a day they give a $10 to use at downstairs coffee shop. Only complaint was don't plan on spending time on the balcony. Too many pigeons made their home in it. .

Spacious room but single glazed and the noise from traffic and sirens is terrible. If you want to sleep BRING WAR PLUGS. The technology is very old: slow WiFi, 2009 TV that's not even HD, no support for streaming your own content.

I really like this hotel. It is a great location and reasonably priced. I have stayed here before and that is why I chose it again. The staff are always friendly. $75 for early check in was a bit much. So we did not. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning a trip to Vancouver.

I had a two night stay at this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The suite furniture was a little dated, but the cleanliness was 10/10! The hotel staff were so wonderful, friendly and accommodating to the two requests I had. Parking was safe and very easy to access. The location is perfect and walking distance to so many attractions and shopping. The onsite coffee shop was breakfast, pastries and great coffee. For the price, this property is amazing value for the money and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed the hotel as it is family friendly with the extra touch for the adults. We visited with our two grandchildren who really enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the extra space in the suite. We would definitely stay again.

The room that was offered was much bigger and nicer in pictures. The room looked like it hadn’t been updated in 40 years. Both the shower and toilet in the room had terrible water pressure. The elevators were slow and I was overall unimpressed with my stay given the price. The staff were at least friendly and were available at all hours.
