Excellent location, the facilities are kept in mint condition, except for the carpet in the floors' aisles. There was a very convenient and easy-to-use coin laundry with almost brand-new machines. The rooms are not soundproof, and the hotel is right beside a hospital, so be prepared to hear sirens all day, especially at night, and also see some sketchy characters around the area but at least the hotel does it best to keep the block of the hotel free of this inconvenience. The hotel would also benefit from offering the option of a breakfast buffet instead of the full-fledged restaurant they have, which offers breakfast options around the $20 mark, which is not of a great value considering their nightly rates. Other than that, I look forward to stay there again.

We had an excellent experience at the Century Plaza Hotel. The Staff and housekeeping services are very attentive and welcoming. The Location was great, for everything we were doing, although it is next to a hospital and fire department so, you do hear sirens, we were on a high floor so did not find them to be overly bothersome. We were there for 5 nights and the location worked out great for visiting our daughter for 5 nights. We had a corner suite which was very spacious with a nice size kitchenette, which gave us a nice area to hang out with her. We dined in both onsite restaurants, (a Steakhouse, and Coffee shop-with Excellent pastries! ) which were both excellent. My only real suggestion, is that the hotel consider upgrading some of their bathroom towels, the ones we had were showing their age. We will gladly book again, next time we come to visit!

The room was extremely noisy with emergency vehicle sirens very constant through the day and night. After 15 hr flight with children not Ideal. We needed housekeeping in the late afternoon due to an unexpected illness and had to sleep without sheets for the night as there was no one available to change bed. No offer to deliver sheets for us to change bed ourselves. Breakfast was included but limited to certain value and had to pay difference if you wanted the buffet. So 1/2 included. Beds were uncomfortable and hard. Kitchen was just a fridge and minimal facilities so not able to cook meals as planned. Sorry not an accomodation we would stay in again.

Pros: convenient location. Large spacious rooms. Cons: Rooms, furniture, and bathrooms are really outdated. The only thing modern about the hotel is the lobby and bar/restaurant. Hotel is right next to an ER clinic. Expect to hear sirens all day and late into the night. Not peaceful or relaxing. Bath towels looked worn out and grey. The hotel should at least have towels that look clean and fresh. Sadly, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Very comfortable stay (Premium Suite).The service was outstanding from the front desk, Gerry concierge and maid sevice. The C Prime restaurant- two thumbs up. The location was convenient for shopping and we did the hop on/off bus tour. It pick us up right in front of the hotel. I definitely will go back.
