Such a fantastic location. A hop from the beach and Stanley Park. So many walkable restaurant choices. Although the hotel seems very old, our room was very clean and comfortable. Our power did go out twice in different areas of our room without good reason, inconvenient but they were quick to fix the problem. I would stay here again because we loved the location.

Window is very old. Metal frame with one layer of glass. Absolute NO sound proofing. Top of that....there is a window AC unit which let the noise come in even more! Friday night was a nightmare! Couldn't sleep for hours because the noise! The owner of this property should try to sleep one of these rooms ( facing to Davie Street).
