Trying a new location. Might not stay again.

An older hotel -not as good condition as most Best Westerns. The windows do not open so we had to run the A/C at night and it was noisy. There was a coffee machine and pods in the room -but no cups. As with most hotels now they have abandoned the recycle program. The complementary breakfast was excellent food but chaotic crowd. A barely friendly couple parked themselves at our table even though there were at least seven empty tables nearby. It seemed the regulars might have ‘favourite’ tables and we accidentally sat at one of them?

It was a pretty good stay. What could have made it better? I hope our room was cleaned coz it was never cleaned throughout our stay. Our microwave & TV tripped as they were plugged in the same outlet. The sink was outside the washroom which was inconvenient. Some guests were smoking pot close to our room.

This is the second time my family has stayed here and we really enjoy it. The staff are extremely great and welcoming. The restaurant staff are very friendly and serve a great breakfast. Also there was a very pleasant staff member who always said good morning to me (big tall guy, glasses and grey hair and beard). I can’t wait to come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was very comfortable, and everything was kept clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good and a nice start to the day, but I think it could be improved with a bit more variety and choice. Adding some extra options would make it even better for guests who stay multiple nights. The location is also excellent, as it’s close to many restaurants and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

Very disappointing old "motel"

We had no idea this was an old motel...Hotels.com put out this place as a "hotel" which, to me, means several floors, windows, nice hallways, elevators, etc. This place had blackout shades on all windows since we all had to walk the small cement walkway right by each unit as we carried our bags up the steps. There were only the basics and many things didn't work...TV didn't work, phone on table with no dial tone, no way to plug in a night light since the only outlet was in the bathroom and worked only when the light was on!!? Just very substandard yet prices at $300+ on a Saturday night. The breakfast was just fine!
