The property is in no way clean. We stayed for 6 nights and we recieved no clean towels in this time and not once was our room made for us. Even after requesting these services at reception they still didn’t do anything. There is a room tag to place on your door to request the room to be cleaned and still it wasn’t. The breakfast was ok but no hot food provided. The place needs a deep clean everywhere. I wouldn’t say at $1300 it was cheap either. Some stafff were friendly some not so much. Clean the place!!!

During my recent stay at your hotel, I had a very disappointing experience with a receptionist named SANAL . I had looked forward to a relaxing holiday, but unfortunately, his behavior negatively impacted my stay. One particular incident stood out: I requested a complimentary water bottle, which is typically provided to guests, but Mr. Sanal refused and unnecessarily created a scene over a simple request. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Given the importance of professionalism and hospitality in the service industry, I believe he is not suited for a front-facing role. Because of this experience, I do not intend to book at this hotel again. I hope management takes appropriate steps to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues.

There was what appeared to be mold in the corners of the bathroom wall the mirror was on. Found a dirty wash cloth on the floor by the drapes. It was dry and crusty so who knows how long it was there. Lastly the silver sealer tabs on the bottles of shampoo etc. that was provided were stuck on the shower wall and behind the toilet was dirty. If you clean throughly how do you miss silver pull tabs on the wall that appear as plain as day?
