The room was tiny. The beds were hard as a rock. There were stains everywhere. The woman who checked my family in was extremely rude. They spent the first night with no tv because they were not instructed how to use it. The trash from the previous occupants was still in the trash can. I had to book them another room because it was unacceptable. I also did not get a refund for any of the days that they didn’t use the room. Do not stay here

We had a wonderful stay at Luxe Hotel in Cagayan de Oro. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were truly incredible—warm, attentive, and very accommodating. The continental breakfast was also delicious and a wonderful way to start the day. We had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So old and dirty property and facilities

It does not have a single suite, and the best rooms are on the 4th floor, with no elevator. If you are broke, then there regular room might work, but you might not have room for your luggage.
