BIG, comfortable, clean room!

Très bel endroit et bien placé. Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit assez cher pour une prix de chambre déjà élevé.

Magnificent hotel overlooking the bay. We loved our stay at Hotel Arriluce.

We stayed in the Petit Palace as a base for exploring Bilbao and the region and very pleased with the choice. The location is fantastic, on the edge of the old town. There is a train/metro station a couple of minutes away and it's a pleasant 25 minute riverside stroll to the Guggenheim. The building is old but the rooms have been well modernised with very good bathroom/shower. The staff are all helpful and friendly, we had the daily breakfast which was a good way to start the day. Our room faced the road but noise wasn't an issue and we even had a small balcony. For a city break base would definitely recommend.
