Die Zimmer sind tadellos, auch der Zimmerservice. Der Poolbereich und der Spabereich sind klasse.Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühstück wird offiziell bis 11.00Uhr angegeben. Kommt man um 10.00Uhr ist das Frühstück beinahe komplett abgeräumt und der Service empfängt einen mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen. Abends dann ist Abendessen bis 20.45Uhr angezeigt.. Der Käse zum Nachtisch war jedoch um 20.30Uhr schon abgeräumt, es gab trotz Nachfrage auch keinen mehr.

We booked a superior room. It was of a poor standard. Wardrobe furniture was of a poor quality, severely worn, the sink didn't drain (that was addressed) while the safe didn't work. We were near to the air-conditioning unit for the hotel and it constantly emitted a loud clicking noise. Bathroom while small, was modern and of a good standard.

Clean room, easy to park, close to arena, breakfast is enough, not so luxury hotel but according to price it is very good.

Breakfast disappointing room good but needs curtains round windows either side of door for privacy. Location very good

I was pleasantly surprised, by the hotel. The single room is actually very spacious and the bathroom was even bigger than the one in the double room. Staff is very friendly, helpful, polite. Breakfast was really nice. Close to old town. Delicious gelato just across the street. Very good stay at a very good rate.
