You really have to read the fine print. I showed up late without having the codes. I had to sit outside and upload my card and ID. Maybe it was me, I never got the message that couldn’t make a reservation and show up. When I finally got in, the parking situation was poor. A large truck blocked the ability to get in and out. Frustrating. It’s a very nice hotel/room. But the situation is odd. Also, the rooms are not sound insulated from each other. It took forever for my neighbors to go to bed. The room is very nice. The price is right. You just have to really do your homework and complete the full process. Showing up late at night is not the time to figure it out.

I was charged over $200 more than my original invoice stated!

We enjoyed are stay at the guesthouse. It had very comfortable beds and was very quiet. The only thing we didnt like was the room was too warm for us, it was 75 degrees when we first got there, but after a few hours it got comfortable. The hotel was very nice. The shuttle rides to and from the mansion and museums were very convenient. We had a nice time and enjoyed seeing the life that elvis led.
