It was a very convenient little stay. Food was amazing, however, because it was Friday night there were no seats available to eat in the bistro. Downside was, being a Friday night, there were a lot of people around and it was not quiet for the wearing traveller.

Great spot by the river with a relaxed vibe. Tasty pub food, friendly staff, and good music in the restaurant made for a really enjoyable stop. Clean, comfy rooms and beautiful views — worth a visit!

Great old hotel, easy check in at the bar. Spacious room with verandah was clean, quiet and comfortable with simple but very adequate breakfast provided. Excellent meal in the restaurant downstairs. A chair or 2 in the room would be a plus.

Great low cost stop over

A nice quick stopover as I was travelling. Friendly country service. Just got the billing situation muddled up but we resolved. I hope the flooding doesn’t impact the hotel.

The hotel felt right as soon as I walked in. Lovely old pub, with stylish decor. Comfortable bed and an old world feel to the room. Tea & coffee etc and fridge in the room was a plus. One suggestion would be a table on the common area with a toaster and microwave would be beneficial.
