I had a bad experience and very disappoint, there is no hot water in my room #1101, I inform the manege he said they are working on it, two hours later , no hot water, when I renter at 5pm, the same, I went to the meager, the lady was very nice, (not the same employee from AM) and said well there will no hot water till MONDAY ??????
I said I can't stay without hot water, I chick out, she said they will give you credit in the morning
This is truly very disappointing, you pack up and start looking for new hotel
