I love the vibe of the property. It was kind of retro and beachy with the bright colors of the doors and bright yellow pool chairs and umbrellas. The room had everything you needed and we had enough space to spread out our suitcases. The small frig was so cute and served a purpose with our taking up too much room. The bathroom sink was very small or maybe it was the big faucet that took up so much room. Regardless, it was perfect for our 2 night stay!

Cute and clean

Cute, throwback of a motel. Our room was very small, but clean. The sink in the bathroom was tiny, and a little challenging to actually use, but we only stayed one night so it was fine. We tightened the loose toilet seat and unclogged the sink drain. Parking spaces are tight for large vehicles.

The bathroom was a little rough. Shower curtain rod was not attached and the faucet handle was falling out of the wall. Other than that it was amazing and the one minute walk to the beach made up for all of that for me. The front desk staff was beyond attentive. I would definitely book this hotel again!

Quiet, cute animations. When the cleaning crew comes there’s messes everywhere … it could be more organized. The rooms were cute, A/C is in the back room only, so if you need to have privacy the front room will not be very comfortable in the summer heat. Overall enjoyable

I like the separate sleeping areas, did not like the tiny bathroom and the bathroom sink was stopped up with slow drainage. The air conditioner unit was in the separate bedroom with only a fan in the main area causing it to be very hot when closing the door to the bedroom area. The pool was nice and clean and the beach was walking distance. No extra pillows for he sofa bed, only 2 sheets and pillow cases. The receptionist at check in was really nice.

I booked a room for 2 people. It was SUPER small and the bathroom was even smaller. The sink was the size of a cereal bowl (which just splashed water everywhere when washing your hands or brushing your teeth) and the toilet was so close to the shower, you had to put your feet in the shower when sitting on the toilet. The lights flickered and one in the bathroom didn’t even turn on. The air conditioner was so loud that it kept us up all night turning off and on every hour. The walls are super thin that you could hear everything outside and there was a slice in the door which let in light (and who knows what else) from outside. There was not a rug in the entrance so dirt/sand was easily tracked in. Parking was a HUGE issue as there were no available spots when we came back for the night. I felt that there were more rooms than parking spots. We had to park in front of a tree which wasn’t even a parking spot. The room smelled like cigarettes and felt dingy. The only plus was that it was within a mile or two of the boardwalk and shops near the beach! The pictures were so deceiving! For the price, I was very disappointed.

Clean, friendly helpful staff, so convenient to IGA, Beach 5 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Great pool area. Rooms were so cool in this crazy heat! My family had an amazing time. We will be staying again!

Upon arrival after 4.5 hours of driving with a 6 year old, getting in around midnight, we found little to no parking. The spots are so narrow that there are nearly inches between you and another vehicle. Our first night we had to go around the parking lot 4 times to find a spot to fit our small suv in. Because it was at night, it made it more difficult. This caused us to avoid leaving by car for any destination at all costs throughout our stay with the fear of losing a decent spot. In addition, while the motel is esthetically pleasing, there were several issues in quality of maintenance. For example, lamps that are in the wall by the beds were falling off and you could not turn them on. The only light option was the ceiling light. The window in the bathroom was poor. Looked like it had a weird film over it or painted over. It also looked like it wasn’t properly sealed at the bottom or unable to close. There was a huge spot on the wall near the AC where a leak may have been, wood floors were separating towards that area of the room as well. Front door was not sealed properly so heat would come in at the top. In addition, we never saw a single staff member. Cynthia was very pleasant on the phone to confirm our room. We did text about an issue with yellow jackets flooding the front door (due to them liking a palm tree) and I did hear them spray. I did complain about the parking with zero response. I could go on but there’s no room left to type.
