Motor noise

Although the room was very comfortable and clean, there was a motor on the other side of the wall that started up every few minutes that was very loud and kept my friend awake for quite a while.it needs to be looked into.

It is an older property (headboard show wear, lampshades were stained, moldings were missing paint). Our key never worked(outside dirt and room door) and we always had to go downstairs to the front desk to have them reset it. It was noted that it could be the battery in the door, but no maintenance was available to check or change. The office staff was amazing!!!

Dirty and no AC

I stayed at the hotel a few years ago and it was quite nice. It has completely gone downhill. The carpets were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, everything in the room seemed grimy. The desk was falling apart and pieces of the top part of it stuck to my arm when I sat there using my computer. The towels smelled musty, like they had been left in the washer and got stinky. And the AC basically didn't make cold air. It was stuffy, warm, and uncomfortable ion the room all night. Not a place for families or people who like clean rooms with working AC.

Older property with aging infrastructure. Cigarette smell in the halls despite posting no smoking. Simple breakfast was nothing to get excited about. All in all adequate at best. Not great.

We weren't happy with the carpets .( stained bad) Didnt like we had to walk to other building for Breakfast coffee tasted waterd down had ti go to Starbucks to get a goid cup. Breakfast lady (RUDE ) Employees didnt get to clock in until it was time to check in at 3 . Also no one is at front desk in the evening.

The pillows are completely horrible and stained. They are disgusting. the hallway reeks of cigarette.the toilet seat is loose in room 279 the room was clean but cigarette burns on the bedding which I will never stay here again.
