The staff at checkin was great. Gave us our keys didn’t tell us what room we were in and or how to get there. He didn’t really say much unless you count rolling your eyes. We get to the room and there’s only feather pillows so I called down to the front desk and tell them we need other pillows because we’re allergic to feather pillows. They say OK how many do you need and we’ll bring them up. 30 minutes goes by and it’s now 10 PM and we have not seen any pillows. My husband calls back down to the front desk and was told that they don’t have any pillows that are not made with feathers and we should’ve brought our own pillows if we have allergies. We were also told they are in hypoallergenic covers so we should be fine. I said that’s like telling someone allergic to peanut it’s ok to lick it through a pillow case 🙄. We didn’t get very good sleep last night. The breakfast was very mediocre as they were out of everything and only one person was working the entire breakfast area.

Perfect location for us with the canyon trail to walk and a restaurant accessible without getting back in the car after a 9 hour drive. Hotel is clean and comfortable. We’ll be back on our next trip through Idaho.
