The bedroom window shade and curtains did not close the lights from outside shown in the room Albright. Also the shower wasn’t good, the bathtub had safety bars but the bottom was very slippery. Had to lay towels down.

I understood or thought that breakfast was included with my room. Was booked wed. night thru fri. night, didn't have time to eat breakfast here on thursday or friday morning. Saturday morning had the time to eat breakfast only to see a sign stating buffet was $14, asked the desk person about it and was told that had to pay for breakfast. Is that right?

Clean but not ready

Forced to stay in a room that had the carpets freshly cleaned. Carpet was completely wet as well as bathroom floor being slippery and wet because of whatever was used on carpet. This was gross.
