Great Place to stay

We've stayed here for many years when traveling back and forth to UT. Always clean and friendly- great location with ample parking. Walking distance to plenty of good food (El Cap next door is awesome).

We were exhausted after traveling since 5 o’clock in the morning and arrived at around 9 PM. They said their computers were down but they have our key if we have a reservation. We made our reservations through Expedia, but they couldn’t find them. We’re now scrambling for a hotel room in a town where there is a baseball tournament and a convention going on at the same time. A half an hour later, they emailed me and said that they found the reservation I was put in a room and they had a family with kids above me who finally stopped jumping on the floor when I called the front desk at 10 PM but then they started back up again at 5:30 in the morning. Overall, a horrible experience.
