It was okay at best. The check in staff weren’t overly friendly, but the room was cozy enough. Room next door had a dog barking a lot and the fire alarm went off at 4:30am for someone smoking/vaping. The view out of my room window was of the car wash and a stripped broken down car.

Behind the hotel is a trucker's parking lot that had broken down trucks and this made me feel uneasy. When I requested more toiletries the front desk person told me to come on down stairs and get them. The ice/water machine had no water when i pointed this out to an employee he said yeah I know but you can buy bottled water from the desk??? The carpet in the room felt "muddy" so to speak we put down the bathroom towels on the floor to walk to and from the bathroom.

This was one of the most affordable place to stay, yet the service was one of the best!! The room was spacious and clean, they had a cook that will make your eggs and pancakes, Walmart and McDonald was right by it, and close to the waterfalls we wanted to visit! We will come back again for sure!!!

This is your typical Best Western property with an staff that goes out of their way to help with whatever they can. The furniture is not high end but is in good condition and functional with all the space you would need. It is nice to have a good microwave and refridgerator that is quite quiet. There is a Keurig in the room and the bathroom is very clean.

Very thing was great. Wish they would have posted the pool was closed as that’s why we picked there for the night driving through. Not that big of an issue but had some sad kids as there wasn’t anything else to do there.

Great place to stop over

Great Stay - we were only there for about 10 hours, but it was good. Parking was a little tough and we had to park in McDonald's parking lot - but it was close enough and we were fine! Made to order eggs was excellent for my kiddos!

Comfortable stay

Pool was heated. Kids had a great time swimming. Room was clean however there was a couple sticky spots on the carpet and weird smell walking into the room. Lots of good options at breakfast. Overall would recommend and stay again.

The front counter staff was friendly, at check-in & check-out! As for our room: the counters were dirty and there was hair in our shower, before we used them. I used disinfectant wipes to wipe things down so we could just get done and go to bed because we had been driving for the past 10 hours before our arrival and we were just done. Breakfast left us wanting different. The bacon was so thin it was see through & had no flavor and the biscuits and gravy followed the same quality pattern. There was plenty of staff standing around in the food area, but not one mentioned the option to have an omelette made. I only realized that that was an option when all the staff then started walking out with plates of food to sit down and eat together, I saw that they had eggs and omelettes made for themselves. Not one person spoke to us when we walked in for breakfast or during. Several of the cleaning and kitchen staff had their kids with them, and we felt they were catering more to their kids than they were to the care of cleaning the hotel or people staying the hotel.
