Room was very small and there were no wash clothes and only one towel for each person is not acceptable. Had to pay for amenities which we didn’t use any. Loud music played until after 11pm keeping us awake after a long day being tourist. No ice machines, no in room coffee and the carpet going down hallway are in need of a major stretching. Would not recommend this hotel!!

This is our second time staying at Riu. It's a clean, comfortable hotel centrally located. The staff is friendly, and we've had a wonderful stay each time!

Overpriced - location is key

Because I booked with Expedia she said I didn’t get early check in or any am ex perks. Very dismissive

No elevator, which makes no difference to me, really no amenities, the double beds are full size mattresses that look to be on queen frames, the mattress does not fit the frame, there was 2 big things extending out that when you got out of bed you would almost fall over them, no microwave in the room, there was a refrigerator and coffee maker, the furniture was old and chipped up, the tv was really small, we came back from breakfast Saturday morning and my husband spilled an entire coffee in the stairwell, I called the front desk so it could get cleaned up, (I would have done it myself if I had the cleaning supplies), 2 hours later we went to leave and the coffee was still there all over the stairs, (NO CARPET ON STAIRS, fall hazard) when I told the lady at the front desk that the coffee was still there, she said the cleaning girl had just gotten there. The hotel is really old, the outside, lobby and hall to all the wings look to be updated and that’s it. Parking & air conditioning was good.
