Very comfortable, stayed in a hostel the day before and we’re very impressed with their hotel

We had the best time in room 4, the host was super friendly. The room clean, The pool is great it’s not massive but totally perfect for us. Location a short walk from the river and a 10 minute drive to airport. We will definitely come back! 10/10 Great for families and couple, to be honest great for everyone

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Excellent hotel. Beautiful. Attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. We had two adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work in one room (during the heat wave). It was frustrating that this problem was not resolved during our stay. But the front desk applied a credit towards our bill. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent Location.

Our parking was taken by someone in the middle of the trip and we had to look for.another spot... the cleaning staff kept taking the carf our of the slot so we always came back to a bouling hot room in record breaking 41deg weather... the cleaning staff had to be called for cleaning on several occasions. Overall, a nice hotel, with some kinks to work through
