When checking in the staff member charged me $108. I told her I paid on hotels and she ran the card anyway for that. When I saw it on my account she did fix it, eventually. I also noticed the security lock was absent in the door. She changed me rooms. The gym is sparse and tiny. The floors in both rooms were greasy they both had an odd smell. Not somewhere I will stay again.

The woman at the front desk was very social and nice. It is nice when someone takes a few moments to ask how your day/travels are going. I checked in early and after driving 9 hours was able to use the gym. The bike was in great shape and there were some dumbbells to use. There was plenty of room even with 2 other people in there. The only drawback is, it is right next to the pool, and it was extremely humid in the gym. The King Room had plenty of extra space and the bed/bedding was comfortable. They have a bar and made to order breakfast, and although I did not need either it is a far better option than a continental breakfast

The entire staff /each shift welcomed us graciously & worked with us when we had a funny key incident & needed another & more importantly each tried to help us with a strange HOTEL charge..on our card.. but did not appear on theirs/the hotel bill…,we still working on this but they did all they could & offered advice too on handling this error!
