Property was conveniently located, fairly priced, clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent value in my opinion. The property has obviously seen better days, everything is a little dated, my mattress had a low spot and probably should have been replaced by now. But the rooms were very clean. I'd happily stay here again when visiting my student at UA.

This was inexpensive and convenient to many places. Parking was easy. Beds were comfy too. Only issue was that the sink and toilet smelled of rotten eggs every tine used and housekeeping didn't restock soaps and shampoo and conditioner but otherwise was a great stay.

It's definitely in a shady area! As a woman, don't stay here! The room was a smoking room, smell horrible. Not sure that was even allowed anymore.

Bed were the best & most important thing. That’s why I did not give this property a 1 star. I do not understand why full size beds are a thing at any property. There’s room for queen size! 2 people cannot sleep well on a full size. Also the bathroom floors are just gross. Breakfast was subpar. Everything else was adequate. What you expect from a 2 star motel.

Had to leave a 100$ deposit but Expedia never told me upfront. Had a lot of older kids in pool area swimming that came from across the street but didn’t cause any problems. Clean, good AC, very nice staff. Bed was comfortable. Lots of fast food choices across the street but heads up, the Popeyes was terrible!
