Stay away

Never checked in. I was left waiting in the lobby for over 15 minutes while 1 employee walked in and out of the building and the other handled a line of complaints including requests for refunds. A posted sign also states TV and internet were out. I lost my nonrefundable payment. Lesson learned.

Not good at all. Reserved online put in bad room.

Bad experience. Put in a handicap room, water floor around bed through boards. Moved rooms. Drunk man banged on door at 800pm we were asleep demanding he was from maint and for me to show him the leak in the other room. Didn’t feel safe at all. Dirt around floor and flimsy sheets and towels covered in hair.

The room was disgusting. I would not a leave dog in there. There was mold in the bathroom by the outside of the tub and in the shower. The towels, pillows, and wash cloths were dirty as hell. Also, the curtains were very nasty. The AC was broke and it was very hot and stuffy. Since the AC was broken the floor was very damp and wet, which was very bad because of the mold. My throat was very scratchy and irritated from breathing in the room. I tried to tell the lady at the front desk that there was mold, and she did not listen to me she just told me I could not get a refund and did not even try to give me a different room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
