The Sterling was a great hotel choice for our brief Niagara Falls visit. Its location is walking distance to Clifton Hill area but far enough away to be substantially quieter. The standout was the staff - our room was upgraded, and they delivered our breakfast extra early for a 7:30 am tour. The breakfast was delicious! A few minor things might need a bit of updating but we would stay here again if we ever came back to the area.

Great location and clean and fresh lobby. However the room wasn’t incredibly clean and the rooms amenities seemed on the cheaper side for the price of the room compared to other hotels.

Stayed in the Bernard Shaw room. Well appointed, comfy bed, BUT the in room air conditioner was SO noisy surging on and off, sleep was impossible. Couldn’t open the window due to smoky air outside. Well located to walk into NOTL. Staff - one - not very friendly. Best thing about our stay: very cute family of Skunks entertained us as we sat on the verandah one evening,

Needed to check out for work at 7am. It took 45mins for the staff to figure out the transaction system. Idk about y'all, but I have a lot of patience.

Nice hotel very secure

The staff was amazing and respectful. Great location too, close the subway and yummy restaurants.
