Motel was very nice and up to date. Rooms were very spacious. The only drawback was our room was on the end next to a busy street and it was very noisy at times. Motel needs to invest in installing some kind of noise reduction.

Air conditioner did not work in unit. Called front desk at 1:00 am, they came to the room and told us the room was cooling down from the AC not being on all day. Woke up to 80 degrees in the room all night. Front desk next morning said they knew they had issues with the air but they couldn’t do anything about it. They continue to rent the room and charge people to stay there.

Great for an overnight stay!

We stayed overnight on our way from St Louis to Fort Walton Beach. It was a perfect rest stop for us. We liked it so much we booked it again on the way back home. We had a good night stay. Lots of restaurants very close by. We felt very safe in the area.

From the outside, the building is fairly new. Looking at the outside, you think the inside would be pretty decent. WRONG!!!. The lady at the desk told me that some of the doors may look like they were broken into, told me how the fire department have to jam the door open if the battery dies in the card reader. So she then gives me my room key, I get to the room and it's a complete mess. Bed messed up, sink had drink stains, trash in the cans. I let her know she give me another room, that room was a lil better. The sheets wasn't fitted on the bed right, so you could see the mattress that it was old and dirty and had stains. The foot of the bed was 6 inches higher than the head of the bed. The Keurig had old used cups in them. The AC made noise all night.. I would rather stay in the 50 dollar a night hotel than spend money at this Best Western Plus. I do not recommend
