Because we had booked through Hotels.com, they did not get our special request for an early check-in and for extra blankets in the room so we were late to the party that we were attending. We had to request extra blankets after we returned back to our room so that was very disappointing that Hotels.com did not relay that information to the hotel

The staff at The Mayo were incredible. The online photos of the rooms do not do them justice. They are much nicer and spacious in person. Looking forward to coming back!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, but whoever lived above us made loud banging and dragging noises until 1am. Then around 6am there was more banging or construction outside our window. Sleepless night!
