I'm a platinum member and get the V.I.P treatment at all the nicest hotels across the world. The way that these people treated me and talked to me is very disrespectful. I stayed a few days here and there and I never got my room cleaned once and had to practically beg for towels. I had to full service my room everyday myself even though each house keeper got an20 dollar tip more than once from me just to show my appreciation of their hard work and to get me some clean linens and towels and they still forgot about me and I went with out towels on two nights. BJ was very helpful and very kind and the nice lady with curly hair that worked during the day and the young tall kid helped me as much as they could he was new but learning but those three are the only ones and the owner is a chauvinist.and very rude. He has no people skills. Rude to his own patrons so I've decided not to patron this place anymore. Besides there's no amenities at at all zero and his room rates are as high as a 3 star hotel. Walls are paper thin and every room has adjoining doors and you can hear a.pin drop on the other side.higg crime area non stop noise.

The room was dirty. Towels small and scratchy. Dish towels were stained. Kept coming in room even after we asked them not to. Faucet leaked and flooded the floor and they took two days to fix it. Coffee was good.

I like that it is conveniently located. Staff is professional and very helpful. The rooms are adequately supplied. Maid service is very regular. As for.what I didn't like, occationally there would be noises from neighboring rooms. The only other thing is that some of the rooms do not have parking at or close by. Other that these things, everything was great
