Good stay, quickly addressed a concern

We were in Tulsa for a night stay. In the room, felt a strong cigarette smell. I went to the front office and they immediately resolved it by switching me to another room. The were prompt and courteous in responding. That was much appreciated. But cigarette smell in spite of being a smokeless property was unexpected. I rated them highly inspite of this was because of the way they handled the situation.

They tell you no smoking no vapes if caught $250.00. Charges no problem for me. I had several bags and they say we don’t have an elevator. Really? Get to my room and you got a big whiff of smoke. They tried to say they couldn’t move me. I let them know they would because I was not sleeping in a room that smelt like a cigarette. Finally moved me and that room was dingy and had I not driven all day I would have left. Do not recommend

Nice place to stay!

Hotel was clean. Manager was very nice and friendly. He came quickly when we could not get our tv working and resolved the issue. Bottom mattress had popcorn on it at the head of the bed. (Manager did inform me that they were short-staffed before check in. There was no elevator, but hotel was only 2 stories. Overall, this was a nice place to stay, good price and good location!

Good basic stay

Pretty average stay. Had the basic amenities we needed. Was clean and modern. No elevator so if you need handicap accessible make sure you note that in your reservation. Key card needed reset twice on a two day stay, but other than that it was good.
