Modern amenities.

For the price, the facility was modern, and well kept. Our room had adequate towels and the window seat was a nice addition. Dislikes: door lock wouldnt close, no shampoo in bottle, there was a moldy odor to everything upon entrance. We realized by morning, the a/c was putting moisture out, and our bedding was damp as well as the laminate floor (we could see our footprints on the moisture) When I told the manager, he said, "it's summer in Tennessee, 100* outside and everyone wants it snowing inside" This would be off putting if we planned to stay beyond 1 night Likes: Breakfast was better than a quick continental. The sausage links went perfectly with the toast. The pancake machine was having a rough day, but the coffee machine made up for that slight disappointment. The espresso was delicious! Overall: We were greeted by a pleasant young man upon check-in. We were able to get much needed sleep, put something in our bellies, shower, and get on the road in the morning. No bugs or major cleanliness complaints.
Window seat area was a fun nook to wind down.

Horrible room

I very rarely ever leave reviews, but I couldn't pass letting people know about this motel. If I could leave negative or zero stars I would. When I walked in the room looked clean, but when I went to the bathroom there was a strong odor of urine. I looked at the floor in front of the toilet and it was yellow with hairs sticking to it. Same thing behind the bathroom door. The floor definitely was not mopped. I called the front desk and the lady said they didn't have housekeeping there (it was around 4 p.m.) She said she would send someone. A girl came up that looked the desk clerk's family member that was hanging out in the lobby (there were two of them slouched in the lobby chairs on their phones and kept talking to the clerk). I assume they were either family which looked like maybe her mother and sister or friends. Well, the sister came up to my room with a bottle of cleaner and a rag. She proceeded to wipe the floor with the spray and the rag and didn't even put on gloves, that was just gross for her. She did the same for the floor behind the door. After she left it still smelled horrible. Thankfully, I couldn't smell it when I was on the bed. BTW, I was told they were fully booked and didn't have any more rooms and my room was non-refundable as well. Also, the room temp was set on 63 and would not let me change it at all. I tried numerous times, but it stayed on 63 the whole evening, night and next morning. The t.v. would not connect to the internet at all.

The color scheme of the property is delightful. The modern look is pretty cool. Overall I'd stay here again! Although one thing I didn't like was to much excess night light. Light switches have night lights, the light from the hallway shined bright from under the door, and the shade didn't block enough light.

We had a handicap room which I felt weird having since I didn’t need that type of accommodation. It was difficult to shower as there was no shower head attached to the wall, just a hose with an attachment just hanging down. You could hear almost everything as the rooms are not very well insulated. For a quick over night it wasn’t a terrible stay but I don’t think that I would stay long term. We also had drain flies all over the bathroom and room. Bed was comfortable though.
