The view of the mountain was incredible to wake up to in the morning. I didn't notice when I drove up at night so when I came down the glass elevator with the perfect view in the morning it stopped me and I took time to appreciate it.

The property itself was nice, but unfortunately, my stay was cut short after a roach crawled out of the pillow on my bed and onto my shoulder. I can understand finding one near a drain, but from inside the pillowcase was too much for me. Within 30 minutes, we switched hotels. To their credit, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They offered to change my room, but the only option was on the same floor with two queen beds instead of the king we had booked. I can’t say if this was just a one-off situation, but as most people know, where there’s one roach, there’s usually more. That’s ultimately why I decided to leave and why I’m leaving this review.

This was a great place to stay! The staff were very professional, polite, and helped each other and all visitors in a timely manner. I did not go to the gym so dont know how that was. The breakfasts were amazing and so was the dinner I had, cooked to perfection!

My main complaints are that the bathroom sink drained very slowly, too slowly and the AC unit was too loud, keeping me from getting much sleep. Otherwise, the room was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful and the WiFi was satisfactory. I didn't use the gym.

Water was running in bathroom sink when we entered our room, unsightly construction on our floor, landscaping noise early in the morning, forgot to pick up our breakfast order but ended up comping, beds and pillows were not comfortable and pillows didn’t have cases on them.
