Clean room, nice staff and it was very quiet. The only thing was the ice maker was broken but not a huge deal. There is a pool and parking is easy and free. Would recommend. Very close to Univ of AZ campus which is ideal for parents dropping or picking up kids.

Everything is first rate

The apt was beautiful. Checking in was hard. Couldn’t get code to unlock door. Ok once we got in two hours later.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the grounds and room were especially beautiful, and the pool was nice and warm, but the bed in my room was rock hard and the pillows were also hard and flat. It was so uncomfortable that I woke up with a sore back and neck. Also, the AC unit in the room was extremely loud and didn’t work whatsoever. The room was so unbearably hot the entire night, it made it impossible to be comfortable or sleep well. These two conditions combined kept me awake almost all night. I would suggest only staying here in the winter when the weather cools down. Also, my husband sat on the edge of the bathtub and whatever paint they coated the tub with before our stay came off on his shorts and completely destroyed them.

A beautifully maintained and historic hotel. Stepping through doors recall another quieter time. The rooms a spotless and the staff is very kind and helpful. The saxophone player in the library lounge was delightful
