Don’t take dogs here! They will try to pass off someone else’s room as yours and charge you $250 on top of the money you pay for a nightly fee!!!!!

The check in process was horrible. No customer service or welcoming vibe. We were double charged for our room without any remedy upon arrival with refusal from the front staff to look in to. Sunday morning, Jocelyn refunded the amount which still hasnt deposited back in to my bank account. (Im assuming it will take a few business days). Over all the cleanliness and room and hotel was wonderful but proper front end procedure should be re-evaluated.

We had an accessible room which we requested. it was accommodating with 2 suggestions: the door to the room weighs 500 pounds and is very difficult to enter w a handicap device. The shower is zero entry but water goes everywhere.

Well there was poop in the toilet handle when we checked in. They deliver fresh clean towels and leave them on the hallway floor unprotected. Gross. We will never stay at this chain again. If i could get a refund, i would demand one

WE stayed in the accebility/handicap room it was large and very comfortable. will stay again next year. We enjoyed 8 nights. One ADA question - room was on the 4th floor, if a fire and elevators are not working and stairs are required how does a person in a wheelchair/bad knees or other disability use stairs?

I actually really liked this property. It was a good location for where I was needing to be, and everything was super clean. The gym was perfect for what I needed to do, and the breakfast buffet each morning was amazing. My only complaint would be that it's hit or miss if someone is at the front desk. I attempted to call the front desk a few times, and no one answered.
