Bang for the buck

Great place for the price! The facility is being updated continuously. Most of the rooms are/or getting hard floors instead of the carpet. Fitness room and pool. Laundry facilities work.

It was very noisy on the side of the building we were on. We didn't feel safe. There were people staying there long term and working from there also the overall appearance of the place wasn't very nice weeds were up to our knees around the place.also they said they couldn't give me a copy of my bill which I certainly didn't like. Makes me wonder why I will be watching my credit card statement.

Great stay at Baymont in Johnson City, staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, only issue was the refrigerator wasn’t working but was fixed right away. I will definitely stay there when I come back to town.

The staff was very kind but as soon as we got into the room it was very run down and within minutes of sitting on the bed I started itching very badly. We ended up leaving shortly after and getting another hotel about twenty miles away. It has been several days and I still have a rash on both legs and my arm that I'm not sure if it was from bugs or some kind of other thing in the room. I do want to stress that the staff was very kind, but the room was not habitable.

Worst experience

Room was hot with stagnant air upon entering. AC wasn't running took all night to cool down. Our fridge was cut off halfway throughout our stay. Sink and bathtub drains were clogged. My second day we came back from a family trip and we were locked out of our room for over an hour. Nobody was at the service desk to help. Every number available to call nobody answered. Had 2 kids 7 and 3 years old that had to go the bathroom but lobby was also locked up. I usually don't leave reviews but this has been the worst experience staying somewhere. Also haven't been explained to or offered anything for being locked out.

This hotel is old and run down. The lights didn't work in the bathroom until they warmed up. The breakfast was terrible. There was no coffee and no staff.
