Very kind and helpful staff

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

My favorite stay on the coast. This hotel was absolutely incredible. Paolo was so helpful. The dining was wonderful. It was so lovely to have both a pool and and amazing beach club to enjoy. The beds were soooo comfortable. Definitely coming back. My new favorite place on earth

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

This was a huge splurge on behalf of our family to stay at this hotel, but if you’re only going to visit the Amalfi Coast once this is the hotel to stay at, it was extremely convenient. They had great service. The food was wonderful the location, is excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. It’s a little challenge to get down there with your luggage so I highly recommend you use the porter service, but it’s in a great location and you’ll really enjoy your stay.
