Well the check-in clerk told me not to use Expedia and contact the resort directly. Implying I would have been better off doing so. When I saw our room was right on top of sidewalk work with workers leaning on our window I understood. Complaining got me nowhere.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location and lake view was amazing! The options for box breakfasts was pretty good and healthy which were delivered to your room at the requested time. Overall we loved our stay there!

The beach was beautiful and the property is centrally located in Traverse City. The staff was accommodating and even sent some texts asking how things were going and letting us know they were starting a sidewalk refurbishing project. Our room was clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again!

The customer was excellent! Genuinely friendly and funny, great sense of humor. The room itself could have used some sprucing, found a random sock under the coffee table. But the pool area and the staff were outstanding!!
