Pro: rooms are very clean and that is pretty much the only positive thing. The building was not sound proof, you hear every step of the people above you since 6 am. WiFi does NOT work. The “roof top restaurant” was closed, no food/breakfast as they advised. We paid 50$ extra to get a “beach view” with balcony, which is on the first floor facing a shed on a mud plain , the water line is far far away. I would not call that a beach. The hotel is a bit far from main area in traverse city, definitely not walkable and nothing interesting within walking distance. And the “beach” is just mud, you can walk about 50 meters each way. Worst part is the older woman at front desk ( Oct 26) is super rude - when we said hello she just turned away without even acknowledging. Definitely would not stay again or recommend it.

Nice hotel, love the beach view. Coffee machine and warm cookies were a nice touch. Would have loved to sit outside at Blush but the weather did not cooperate.

Everything was amazing!!! Room was very cozy and great detail went into the design for comfort. Blush restaurant had amazing food. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a quick decision for a one night stay and it did not disappoint. Views were also amazing!!!

The room is very nice and clean. Great view of the Lake. Parking was perfect. The cookies in the evening were a great perk. The only complaint we had was the spiders outside on the deck. There are so many spiders that we couldn’t enjoy the balcony. We even went to store and purchased bug killer. It helped for a day but the spiders came back. They need to hire an exterminator. Hotel is great though. Perfect location.

This is a small Inn on the East arm of Grand Traverse Bay. My room was small but well-appointed and clean, with a nice bathroom, though the lighting over the sink area was not ideal for shaving (a common problem). I did have dinner at the roof-top terrace and was very pleased with the service, the quality of the food (chicken ceasar salad), and wine available by the glass, along with the view over the Bay and surrounding areas. I was transiting to a very early morning flight, not on a vacation stay, and would happily stay at this property for a similar reason in the future.
