My apologies for the lengthy post. I must start off by saying, we are VERY easy to please & had a six-night stay. Let's start with the positives: Breakfast: pretty good! Much better than we expected 👏 👏👏 Staff: VERY nice and so helpful!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now the not so positives: *We had 2 furbabies with us. Their policy indicated there would be a $75 fee for the length of the stay...they double charged us. When called to their attention, they found the problem and stated they took the charges off. I have yet to see that credit come thru *The pool was so cold, my grand babies could only stay in for a short while. We had planned for the pool to be something they could have fun with 🙁. *The hot tub/spa was out of order *The ice machine on the first floor remained out of order for the entire length of our stay *The room smelled bad, carpet was damp and filthy. The A/C was just ok *Never made the beds or changed the sheets *Trash was taken out 1 time. We set our cans out for them to be emptied a 2nd time. (Maybe because we had pets in the room 🤷🏼‍♀️) *Clean towels were provided...when we ASKED for them *Power outage 6th morning. Knocked out power to our bathroom & A/C. No fault of the hotel BUT our A/C was HOT...had to be reset *The grounds...PITIFUL!!! Appeared to be mowed but was in desperate need of flower beds being taken care of. Had ZERO curb appeal. Looked "dumpy" at best *WAYYYY overpriced for what we received *WILL NOT stay here again, nor do we recommend you staying

A very well run, and kept up hotel.

This hotel was good for what we needed it for, which was a place to stay on a road trip. We got the executive cottage room, which was very spacious and having that massager was nice after being in a car for 9 hours. It was also kind of nice to be separate from the main hotel, as it was nice and quiet. There were decent options for breakfast. The coffee was made very well. The bed was neither too hard or too soft. We did have some issues with the TV, the picture would glitch on some of the channels and the remote glitched at times as well. We talked to the young man working that evening about it, and he gave us another remote, but said since he was the only worker he couldn't come over to the room to help us with it. He showed us how, but even following his instructions, the new remote didn't do what it was supposed to either. I also don't know if he wasn't aware of the equipment in the rooms, because he said to unplug the box to reset the TV, but there wasn't a box, just a cable screwed into the back of the TV. Again, it was a good place for what we needed, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay multiple days.

Rooms were dated but quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
