Had a couple of technical issues. I’m not surprised as it is a new venue running some state of the art systems. Problems happen. The staff went out of their way to assist. That is the measure of a great company. Problems could not be fixed then and there, however they made sure I was happy. Gold star.

I loved that the area was quiet & not noisy and loud like the Strand area that we also stayed. That area has hoons driving and reving their cars all night every night. I would never stay in that area again. The place was lovely and modern and had a beautiful view from the roof top swimming pool. Only two things let it down for me. The ceiling of the rooms look like they aren’t finished & the pool while so stunning looking was a bit too shallow for me. No deep area.

Great views, sitting on the balcony in the afternoon watching the boats was a highlight. The room was well appointed but a bit on the smallish size. The only other downside was the exposed concrete slab as the ceiling, make the room look like it hasn't been finished, All in all the experience was amazing

Good hotel. No frills and no amenities in the bathroom a little poor. Careful this place gets busy/loud on Saturday nights - it’s part of the Casino resort. Great for drinks in bar for sunset and easily near enough to restaurants

Beautiful place to stay, pool was absolutely beautiful for a morning swim and the rooftop restaurant was a relaxing end to a stressful day for us. Balcony was really nice to sit and have a cuppa. Would love to come back.
