What the hotel offers is a concentration of gays. Otherwise, the check-in guy, N., was aggressive, the bedding is awful, and everything is a bit run down. The guys make it fun, and the location is convenient.

They understand their market well

Well positioned and safe hotel for the LGBT community. Nice pool area as the walk the beach is quite expensive. Not far to local bars and restaurants and to the gay village.

Great staff but please sort out your WiFi !!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and while I felt the room was a little dated it was clean and comfortable. House keeping came every day and were happy to work around you, the pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the drinks not silly prices. The location of the hotel was great too, a short walk to the bars and plenty of good restaurants nearby. My only couple of criticisms are that housekeeping change the towels daily regardless of whether they really need to. It would be good to get the option to use them a couple of days if you wanted to which is a little more eco friendly. Also the WiFi was dreadful and I just had to give up using it, luckily I still get free European roaming or I would be annoyed.

Check in wasn’t good the Wilson’s and I booked and requested rooms 1 2 with plenty of notice the Wilson’s got room 1 which I requested. I was allocated 304. I didn’t have much hope of getting moved. Eva the receptionist the following morning sorted it out for me to have room 2 she was excellent.
