Overall a rather pleasent place..

Excellent hotel beautiful beach just two minutes down the road lovely food and all staff very helpful and accommodating top service! Enrico the waiter was amazing always so efficient and Rosa at reception honestly all staff!

This place was great. It's all inclusive has a great gym, has a great pool, has great transportation down to local beaches. The night entertainment was fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves here. The only thing I would say is the rooms are a little bit piccolo.

Rude and stingy staff, and unfortunately, the stay was far from what we expected—especially considering how expensive it was. My mom needed water to take her medication, but staff refused to provide any because they said complimentary water was only provided on the first day. We were told she would have to buy it herself. I also asked for towels before the pool opened so we could take them to the beach, but was refused because the towels could not leave the resort. To make matters worse, almost everything in our room was broken or poorly maintained: the safe didn’t work, the AC wasn’t functioning properly, the telephone was broken so I couldn’t even call to report the issues, and there was mold and a leak in the ceiling with water pooling on the floor. The room was also dirty. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. The lack of basic hospitality and the condition of the room made the experience extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this resort.

Only problem is that uber/taxi is difficult to get an d the property is in a beautiful location but a bit remote
