Overall, the experience at the property was good. the shuttle service was prompt. the rooms were cleaned every day. the staff was always willing to assist and were all friendly. the proximity to Niagra Falls and downtown Toronto was also a plus

This was the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed at the Tru By Hilton Toronto Airport West and we will ONLY stay at this hotel when we are flying out of Toronto Pearson International Airport. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are excellent as well. They have a GREAT breakfast also. And the staff is outstanding. There is one in particular staff member that I would like to comment on and his name is Ashu. From the 1st time we stayed there until this last time, he has ALWAYS remembered us and has always welcomed us with a huge smile. Whenever he sees our name on the list, he knows exactly who we are before we even get there and he always goes above and beyond while we are there. And I’ve seen him do the same with other guests that stay there. I look forward to seeing him every time we stay there because he’s just so friendly and just an overall great young man. Ashu is 100% an asset to the Hilton Hotels. Thanks for another amazing stay at the Tru By Hilton Toronto Airport West. See you next time.
