We stay here often when coming to the city. The pool is lovely. Staff are great! We love the games area and having water dispensers is a lovely bonus !! Nothing worse than carting around bottles of water to a hotel. Breakfast is always great!

The staff called me to demand a review after leaving. They called prior to my check in to discuss nothing in particular as well. Besides the annoying and inappropriate calls, the stay was comfortable and clean.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. One negative was while sleeping I kept hearing doors slamming shut. Mention to staff that door closure needs to be adjusted to prevent door slamming shut.
