Great hotel in suburbs

The hotel was very clean and the food was quite good. Location is pretty central but having a car is advised. Many restaurants are near by in walking distance. Lots of Chinese shopping centers are a few kilometers away.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, and I’m pleased to say their high standards have been consistently maintained. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. My room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also appreciated and adds to the convenience of the stay. One small improvement I would suggest is with parking: ideally, it should be included in the overall price or offered as a one-time fee rather than charged nightly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Property was new, clean and spacious. Shower had good pressure and bed and pillows were comfortable. No complaints about the hotel. Only downside was the surrounding area is a bit bare. Not too much selection unless you drive. Looks to be a developing area so perhaps more options and entertainment in the future!

We booked the Marriott at the very last minute. Every single person who worked there from the moment of checkin to the hotel staff and even the employees we saw in the halls were so friendly, professional and accommodating. I’ve never experienced such valuable customer service. The M lounge always asked if we needed anything. The rooms area is so spacious and clean. Other restaurants are within walking distance. Do yourself a favour and choose Marriott Markham Toronto. Cyra at the front desk made sure to check in on us.Thanks for being such wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to come back.

Great location. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Amazing Hotel staffs!! Especially Stefan! He is very professional, warm, kind and friendly! We had encountered a little hiccups during our stay, Christin was able to help promptly. Stefan went out his way to check on me and my elderly parents and helping us immediately. We will definitely recommend staying this hotel!
